Australian Agricultural Company’s Chef’s Partner business and Fitzy's Waterford have teamed up to dish up the well known 1824 and Darling Downs Wagyu beef brands.

The re-vamped menu with a focus on quality cuts of meat, leads Fitzy’s Waterford in an exciting new direction with the collaboration of the renowned 1824 premium beef. You can also still expect to enjoy your favourite Fitzy’s classics along with a wider variety of steak selections, including a Wagyu rump that you absolutely must try.

Our great value restaurant serves up the most succulent steaks, fresh seafood, woodfired pizzas and all your traditional pub favourites. Open for lunch and dinner every day of the week and breakfast on Sundays you will find yourself a regular visitor.
