RESPOSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

Fitzy's Waterford has introduced a comprehensive Responsible Service of Alcohol program aimed at protecting patrons and staff from alcohol abuse.

The overwhelming majority of patrons at Fitzy's Waterford want to enjoy the entertainment and gaming without being harassed or annoyed by people who have had too much to drink. It is also against the law for any liquor outlet to serve customers to intoxication or to provide drinks to people who have already had too much to drink.

Fitzy's Waterford provides expert training to all front-line staff to help them serve alcohol responsibly in all our bars, restaurants and function centres.

Fitzy's Waterford wants to encourage all patrons who visit the hotel to have an enjoyable visit. But it is just as important to make sure that every visit is a safe one!
